Pitcher over use again elkridge 13u

Had to look at it after the first post.

The pitcher who’s name I won’t use on here is an all around beast not just pitching but big bat and can throw the leather. Hope this was the first and last time this ever happens to him.

What I don’t get is what the first 2 guys were throwing a great game. Wasn’t there so I can’t Monday night quarterback that call but 141 is just sad pitiful crazy stupid the list goes on.

Gambrills is notorious for overusing pitchers. All age groups. 10u-13u including Dirtbag/GAC team McNully.

Why is everyone so worried about other teams pitch counts? It’s easy to watch gamechanger and say the kid threw too much compared to seeing it live. I get everyone should go by smart pitch guidelines, but everyone doesn’t. If you are that worried about another teams pitch counts, be thankful your kid doesn’t play for that team if you are that worried. The game gets fast for coaches at times and we don’t make all the right decisions, but most learn from their mistakes.

Never seen McNally overuse an arm in 6 years. Go troll somewhere else.

Teams like to "cook" GC though. Don't count foul balls after 2 strikes, skip pitches here and there, etc.

A lot of shady coaches out there give bad rap for the good ones.

So, I don't follow this site. Never once posted here. Someone told me my name was mentioned. If you're going to use my name, then spell it right. If you're going to use my name, then post under yours. I coached at Gambrills for 6 years. Moved on to the Dirtbags this fall, but still call Gambrills our home. We love it there. In 7 years we have never overthrown kids. I don't know too many teams that can say this quite frankly. The fact you can't post under your name speaks volumes. I'm sure at some point we stomped a mud hole in your team, and probably threw 4-5 different pitchers in that game. Until you can post under your name, get lost.
