Who cares who it is. The guy speaks nothing but gibberish and offends people. Let him be and move on, unless what he speaks is the truth. No reason to get upset unless there is truth to it Just for the record above quote is not the same oldtimer who suggested thread be banned br]Posting negative comments about 13 year old not ok true or not. And only truth is that a few kids had rough day in the field like that is surprising For a 13 year old ?

Lots of overuse going on in the 13u age group it seems. Hopefully these boys get into HS soon where there are rules written to protect their arms. BTW, the way WM handles themselves on the field (players and coaches) is an embarrbuttment. The WM coach acts like a child during the games. Stomping up and down from the dugout and third base complaining about everything. If a call doesn’t go his way he pouts and argues. Horrible role model. And it shows his team acts the same way. Bush league. I’ve seen several umps have to put him and his boys in check because of their attitude and behavior. Were you at the game? What behaviors from the coaching staff are you referencing? The white Marsh coach is an MIAA baseball coach for Curley.

Interesting. You said the only truth was that kids had a rough day. From my perspective and what I’m gathering from other posts on other threads is that the White Marsh-Gambrills game was really good, coaches got heated but nothing bad, and pitching was outstanding for 13 year old baseball. Doesn’t sound like anyone had a rough day.

I have seen him at several games and I have heard of his behavior at SATB and other tournaments this year...When parents and coaches tell stories of how you acted at a game you know you are not setting a good example.

And settle thing down from Farmer Fran's ridicules post.

Not sure how you take my comment as sensitive, but he clearly stated the boys had a rough day. That implies he witnessed the game. But...as we just found out he wasn’t at the game. Old timer was only buttuming it was a “rough day.”

If you read the post closely Ty is ripping the Gambrills kids for their defense(among other things) and is not just talking about the 2-1 game but the whole weekend. The only thing he said that wasn't made up or totally ridiculous was that some of the infielders struggled in the field (which for a 13 year old playing on not the greatest fields is not a surprise) . Like i said prior totally uncalled for to mentions kids by name

No one is arguing that old timer. For everyone’s information the Gambrills coaching staff acted foolish at times too. I think the umpires lost control but that set of umpires had been on the field all day long. The home plate umpire told us that the Gambrills coach tried to work around some rules during their game against dc elite. it wasn’t just our coach and everyone should take responsibility.
Also team xp is having tryouts and need some additional players.

The Gambrills coaching staff has a history of poor behavior but I have heard that was in the past and they were more positive and better role models for the boys. Isn't the xp teams run by the same coach who you said acted the fool?

It filtered to the kids as well as one WM kid made a play, then went out of his way to taunt a Gambrills player and was warned. Gambrills only had a question about a substitution rule in the game before. Don't tell lies to hide how bad your team's coaches acted.
