The 2 team in crab did not care about wins and losses in crab games. They pitched every kid that was scheduled to pitch in that game no matter what the current score was. I would put my money on them against almost every team in md in a 3 game series. Remind me what happened in the end of year tournament? Crickets RBA lost to Olney RBA lost to Gambrills RBA lost to URBANA But stayed ranked #2 Comical |

So to judge rba off of one weekend is crazy.
Did they the bed in the crab tournament yep but it’s happened to every team just had a bad weekend. They had us beat (Gambrills) and then a bad hop at SS and instead of the 3rd out the flood gates opened.
RBA plays league ball the way it should be played, don’t care about wins it’s about reps to get players better for tournaments.
I haven’t seen your team play so I won’t pbutt judgement, but having been around the age bracket since 9U, Watching every team, how they have developed and how they play, RBA deserves #2. You won’t find a more respectable group of players and coaches. Brian does it the RIGHT way.
Don’t forget their 13 and I’m sure after taking 2Ls on Saturday they didn’t give 2 s about what happened on Sunday in the consolation game.
As someone stated before if you want to be recognized or ranked come up north more often.

How many tournaments has Urbana won? RBA has won 3 and would have won a 4th if not for a rain out at Ripken.

I think 2-5 in the rankings is anybody’s guess. Honestly any team in the top 10 can catch an L if they fail to play clean ball. Like I said before the top teams know who they are. When you get outside of your area and start playing nationally ranked team is when you have a true barometer for where your program is. Not only that but those experiences help you get better.

Yes there are teams in the top 10 playing tough competition from all over the east coast. The competition gets much tougher when you venture outside of southern Maryland.

Well laplata hs and chopticon hs both southern md schools are playing for state championship tomorrow at regency furniture stadium . So come on down and watch. It just validate my points. Good luck to all teams for the rest of the yr

Rba is at perfect game playing nationally ranked teams
As someone already said we have played and beat nationally ranked teams. Us elite lost to stars by 1.
We are headed to tennis tonight to play another perfect game event. We don’t care if we go and lose to good competition our players are facing better competition and it’s making them better. It clearly shows when we lose to teams who’s pitchers can’t get above 60 mph. And go ahead and say they need to adjust..::: that’s a Crock of 💩 and we all know it they won’t see it in high school.
The high schools you quoted always have good programs and no one has ever said southern maryland doesn’t have good baseball, the tide has always been top 10 in the state since 9U.
I think you dad have gotten ahead of yourself.
Your jumping out there saying people don’t give you credit and no one has said your not good but you haven’t played top tier tournaments to stand up and say look at us we’re top in the state (just my opinion)
