You know in any break up it’s always easier to blame the other side but if you just look inside yourself and ask what can I do better you’ll usually find your answer Not always- what if your kid is talented and wants to play Perfect Game or the like and his current team either doesn’t want to or cant( not enough talent / depth) I have seen this first hand with my sons team. Couple kids liked teammates and coaches and other families but they wanted(and were talented enough to do more) So they left - a few hurt feelings but truthfully no one was wrong. They didn’t leave mid season BTW

They didn’t leave mid season BTW I agree with this. No big deal of someone leaves after the season is over. Just wait a couple weeks. Go and do what’s best for your kid!!! Just take into consideration all that are involved.

Stop looking for your son to be the star or chase a trophy.
Find a program that actually prepares the kids for the next level. If you think the next level is college or getting drafted then you are part of the problem.
Think about that for a minute.
