Has anyone gotten any information on the 14u 2026 misfits baseball team?
They are a new team playing a lot of games. I never seen any tryout information for this team. Anyone know where they are from or how to get a tryout?

They are a team with a lot of talent. Some big kids. Watched them in our tournament this weekend and they had a arsenal of pitchers. Solid coaching!
Head coach younger guy with energy and gets alot of respect from kids.
Well coached team. Whole team can hit, play defense and some of the best discipline on the base paths! First time they have entered one of our tournaments and swept everyone. Congratulations 🎉🎊 team misfits out of Harford county maryland.

The head coach is John not cliff. I did my research last night.
They are based out of Joppa, Maryland.
New team that could be scary good. Head coach has had a lot of successful teams over the past 10 years. Just was curious if anyone had any info on them. Did not mean to start all the negativity.

Team to beat means top team, presumably in the state. There are 10-20 better 14u teams right now. Sure they could improve, but so could the other teams ahead of them. And things change come high school anyway. They’re an average team. |

API made some huge additions and would have to say API and US Elite are def playing some amazing baseball. US Elite was smart only taking a week off after 13U and rolled straight into 14U.
As I’ve said before Pat and Scott have done a great job with the API Program.
We play misfits and Rawlings Sunday, with that we will pitch a player 2 innings max, make them work out of jams and play them like a scrimmage game to get players work. Take these games as opportunities to give players as much work as possible putting players in their secondary positions several innings throughout the 2 games to get them as much work/development opportunities as possible.

The ine player they picked up bumped 76 at perfect game, the one kid threw a no no couple weeks ago. Kid from the Olney Bucs seems legit.
Guess they will get accused of recruiting and adding to many pieces to the puzzle.
