How many pitches should a young man catch and throw back to the pitcher before his arm is at risk? How much up and down can the knees take? How many innings should they rest after the recommended number of catches? Is it OK to catch and pitch in the same game? If you are a left handed catcher are you allotted more catches? How many different catchers should you use in a 5 game weekend if they pitch as well?

I did not know there are restrictions on how much someone can catch There isn't. But common sense is common sense. I've watched a pitcher throw 85 pitches in game and go directly to catch after being pulled from the mound. Coaches have to be better than that. |

I definitely Can see where that will be a problem I was wondering about catching restrictions can a kid catch too much If they just play catcher
