Anyone have any idea why kids pitching velocities are higher on Perfect Game than PBR?
My kid isn’t a college prospect but him and I sometimes look at how some of his current and former teammates(and high school opponents) are doing. PG seems to have kids 4-5 MPH higher in some cases.
I tend to think PBR may be more believable. Just curious really

PBR uses trackman high on the backstop.
PG isn’t always right either, they used a pocket radar from 90 feet back at our tournament in Tennessee.
I’ve also watched the guys there guess the speed when doing their Diamondkast.
The velos from PG showcases are more accurate in my opinion.

Didn’t see me post a word about the dude.
Seems like so many dads come on here to throw shade a people. What is it they know more than you so you have to feel better about yourself, knowing you don’t know $hit, so you throw shade on the people who know more, so you feel better.
