Who are you to give advice? You should focus on yourself and your own kid. Which one did you play for? In the late 90s early 2000s there were only a few legit travel programs in the state….. if you were a real baller you played for one and know who they are can you name them? My guess is you would say there are only a few legit travel programs in the state today. So what's changed? Wayne said there were too many teams. How many total teams, including the illegitimate ones, were there in the 90's? |

There are some really good teams in this age group and how this group at 11u had 4 or 5 really strong teams. I believe the top 10 will be really strong this year at 12u |

I believe the top 10 will be really strong this year at 12u Just think about how much better it would be if it wasn't so watered down with so many boys who want to play baseball and all of those coaches who are volunteering their time. Ugh, just makes me sick to think about it. |

Ugh, just makes me sick to think about it. Travel teams give the boys an opportunity to play different teams outside of their local rec and playing on the same field every week. It also gives them the opportunity to experience things like Myrtle beach, pigeon forge, cooperstown etc… that the rec does not provide. Not every team is going to be full of studs, and not every player is going to be a stud, but does this mean they shouldn’t get to experience these things? These will be life experiences they will remember forever. |

Why are there so many fake add responses all the time? That's how they make money. The captchas are supposed to stop it, but it doesn't always work. Another reason to not use an anonymous board. |

Olney 6. API Blue 7. HCYP Blue 8. Elkridge Orange 9. Rawlings 10. Diamond HCYP White 12u beat 2 times Rawlings and Elkridge. |
