Newer to travel baseball as I grew up playing football. My son is a baseball guy through and through.
What makes a club team a club team? Can you have one team at one age and still be considered a club such as BBC and SWBC? GAC is a club.

Travel teams have the backing of a rec council

GAC has been around since 1947 and always been free of county restraints. Club team for sure. Let's hope that land isn't sold by a millennial heir and become the next mini-mall that keeps popping up every 7 miles on Rt 3.

I think GAC is a non-stock corporation organized as a 501(c)(3). There is no "millennial heir" that would have the right to sell the property, and it pays no property taxes. It will around for a long time.

I wouldn’t be so sure of that. Just wait until the state finds out about the for profit business that is running out of their front door. Does he have an LLC?

Hum: You have no clue. Nobody at GAC takes a salary, all money from indoor facility goes towards hall and field improvements. For example: they put AC in last year. No different than running Bull Roasts out of there like they did for hummmmm....75 years!!!!! pre-COVID. You sound really dumb and your kid must have been cut by a GAC team over the years.

Does Juan make money running his clinics? Does he have an LLC? Illegal if he doesn’t.

How Juan does his taxes is of no concern to GAC. That's on him and the IRS. He rents the facility for his clinics and people pay him.

I think it’s in your best I interest to do a little more research and not rely on TurboTax. Does Juan rent the facility as an LLC or just pay cash? And GAC showing an NFL game on a big screen is legal as well. Be careful what you post to social media.
