There are several teams throwing 12U and younger over 100 pitches in 2 days in the month of MARCH. BE BETTER.

We have 10U teams, 12U and 14U teams for sure. API 12U blue threw a kid over 100 combined for the weekend. That's confirmed.

No coach should pitch him 100 pitches in a weekend in March regardless if he never stop playing in the winter. That's just an excuse to use. Parents should care what coaches are doing to their kid.

High School kids don’t throw that Wayne right now. Why is that ok in your mind? It’s ludicrous but not my kid so don’t care.

High School kids don’t throw that Wayne right now. Why is that ok in your mind? It’s ludicrous but not my kid so don’t care. But that's our problem. The "not my kid so I don't care" is the problem. Wrong is wrong. If we saw someone beating up an elderly lady, would we walk away from them, because "she's not our grandma". Stand up for what's right. End of story. So coaches, BE BETTER. More often. Hold yourself accountable. Parents, hold your coach accountable. It's preventable. Take care of our youth and their ARMS!

Ok, tough guy. Go make another man change his idiotic mind. These douches have no clue and don’t take advice. 14u has over thrown in general since 9u. Same coaches get called out and still doing it. The idiot parents still stay with the same idiot coaches.

Dematha - Freshman team #13 just threw 108 over 4 innings yesterday was ridiculous. kid should have been pulled way early, plenty of opportunities. kid walked 9 total hit 4 kids. may want to reconsider that school if it was on your list.

So heres my take is it alot of yes i call many coaches out for that same issue. Here my point and maybe im wrong and thats ok. Im not a expert so if you are educate me. So the kid in question did not play fall maybe 1 or 2 tournaments but he did start playing in december out of state in Florida. He also played IN January and February. So he has about 6 tournaments and 3 scrimmages under his belt. I do not think its as bad as the kids from potomac this past weekend throwing 100 and 116 and this is the 1st tournament any of those kids have played since fall. So do i think its alot for being so early. Sure. Ive talked to a few people. Trainers, youth and HS coaches and asked what is a good pitch count for this early in the season. 70 75 is the avg answer i got. There was a 8u coach that threw 2 kids and 1 went for 140 and the other over 200. Im pretty sure the only thing on thier mind was plastic trophies
