As we are a month or so into the season seems like some shake up is needed.
Olney has lost 5 games won 9. Seems like the prolific offense of last year hasn’t shown yet.
Calvert Tide is a steady team as they have been the past 2 years.
Lake Shore has shored up their defense up the middle with a new addition which also added a solid 3 hole hitter.
The team that continues to be left out is Mid-Atlantic Shockers (gaylor). The hit 2 jacks today against tide and are on if the best offenses in the state. They definitely deserve to be placed in the top 5 if not too 2-3.
Gambrills still has 2 silly bats in their 1&2 hitters.
Mid-Atlantic Redsox beat Olney in game 1 today and are tied as of now in game 2. They have solid pitching and solid offense. Tied LakeShore in second tourney of the year.
Top 5 teams seem like any game could go anyway any day.
The rest of the season should be great competition.
