My guess is its based of Gamechanger records at 9u. Not a whole lot of thought or look into who has played who etc...9u is a tough division to rank as a lot of teams are just being formed.

9u Warriors win the Severn Schools Out tourney with a good win in the championship over Stars (Nardone). They are finishing up at Ripken this weekend and just beat the #1 ranked team in VA, Canes (Roach) 9-4.
