LakeShore and HCYP Blue played in a scrimmage today. Two games. LakeShore took both but both were contested. HCYP pitched each pitcher one inning and LakeShore pitched them two innings but it doesnβt really matter. Scores: G1- LakeShore 9-5 HCYP Blue G2- LakeShore 10-8 HCYP Blue

A scrimmage is setting up situations, batters starting with 1-0 counts etc. fall games are like Saturday pool play games. If teams keep game changer in the fall, then they are not a scrimmage. Scrimmage is playing 9 innings or saying the pitcher throws 20-25 pitches then switch. Let these coaches keep sugar coating it so they donβt have to take an L. Who cares just lose and get better

Bottom line is unless you throw kids who usually donβt get work your there to win. No one wants to loose, no matter the situation. But based on whatβs happened this fall there looks to be some shake ups in the rankings.
