Anyone see any teams that increased lot in talent or lost a lot.
I know the 2019 12u Sandy Spring team from last year fell apart and players went to other teams like Mid Maryland United, Dig In and other places

Every year brings people changing for a variety or reason. Some want more playing time, a better level of play, a more competitive team or league, coaches move around and so do players. It will be interesting to see if anyone adds their thoughts on changes. Also, some teams just finished tryouts or are still having them so not all movement is finalized.

Haven’t seen movement from coaches but more and more movement from kids. Some teams got weaker some got stronger. Some teams picked up kids who they though would help and they didn’t.
Some kids have always been the best, as they were bigger and stronger but now the playing field is leveling out as most kids are setting into the puberty stage.
Some kids are starting to really put in work and set them selves apart.!some kids and parents for that matter have realized they just can’t compete on a competitive travel team and won’t get the playing time and have taken a step back.
When it comes to player movement a ton more will happen at 14u as high school ball kicks in. The top tier kids will go to a showcase style team, as many organizations just don’t compete past 13u. The fun times of youth travel baseball.
