88? oh i'm sorry pitch smart guide lines is 85 for max pitches in 1 day and that allows them to throw 20 the day before. So I am so sorry that Jay went 3 pitches over, that was my call not to pull him in the middle of the 5th inning. The kid went over by 3 whole pitches, I'm glad you are so worried about his health and safety. See our team started at the beginning of may working kids back to baseball, so he's been throwing for 2 months, and he is nice and strong. He hasn't even thrown much this season.1
Best part is the kid wasn't laboring, not 1 bit, he wasn't missing high, he was strong and still sitting mid to upper 60s when he finished. Sorry he has been to personal pitching coach since he was 9, and i've been around the game long enough to know what's to much and what's not, and he's my son, I know him better than anyone. And I pray this is not some keyboard coward from Lakeshore because I still have all of Jaydens pitch counts from when he started at 9.
Jayden my son has worked his butt off, since last november, he's in great game shape, so please worry about your kid, and your team.
But thanks for the Andy Pettite comparison he actually had a really nice pickoff move today, keeping the running game in check and picked a kid off.
So sad how jealousy breads hate.

My name is Juam . I coach beisbol. I am here if you have something to say. Coach Blades recruited me like he recruited the rest of our players. We are family until we find someone to take your place. So funny who have we recruited? Jayden left Lakeshore- parents contacted Lee tried out made the team Jack- left bluesox and tried out made the team, parents contacted Lee Christian- guesting as bluesox season is over, and Doug contacted me, as he didn't want christian on the graysox. Oh but Lakeshore can take a player to guest for a week, parents from lakeshore call jaydens parents to please come back so said player will come to lakeshore, player goes to elkridge now playing for lakeshore. Lakeshore has that player and another new player but give zero innings of play 1 at bat, or one inning pitched for tournaments and we are wrong somehow? Worry more about developing your players and getting better and less about us winning tournaments and taking pictures. Funny how there are plenty of pics of Lakeshore on social media dumping buckets of water on the coach for winning tournaments at 10u. Bottom line is when

Hey Steve, Regarding Christian, my season is not over. Just saying. We have not shut down and have at least 1 tournament in July. That said, I wish Spoone well, just like I wished Jack well. Its not a bad thing that kids have developed well enough on the lowly BlueSox to go play for an "A team." Sometimes frustrating, but not a bad thing.

Worst parent in the state of Maryland. Waaaaay-too-involved daddy baller.
Word travels fast.
I'll get you a trophy for this.

Looks like gambrills took down another ship over the weekend....good job, u guys are definitely the team to beat in Maryland....not taking anything away from you guys but not really sure on the level of competition in this one. Lake shore looks to be a little down this year and they went 2-0 on Saturday, looks like gambrills toughest game was surprisingly to API blue in semis which took a walk off to win. Championship game didn’t look like much competition, 9-1, to a team i never even heard of, but anyway good job, looks like u guys are doing things the right way

So since I was there to see the game, API played a great game, their pitcher was legit mixing speeds and Gambrills squared up a few balls solid right at people. API had an absolute bomb hit and one other very hard hit ball, bunch of drop ins, and coached it well mixing in small ball (bunt police). Once API had to take their ace out it was all flood gates open. I have seen all of these teams and kids since 9 or 10 u watching my boys team, and when Gambrills brought in their ace API couldn't touch him, he struck out 3 straight after a walk. He was just over powering and dominating, able to throw any pitch in any count. Looked to me that Gambrills just underestimated API and API threw their ace and Gambrills didn't. And since so many people want to speak trash to steve on here how fitting it is that his son is the ace and the one who hit the walk off grandslam. Don't think you will have to hear from him or Gambrills for a while.
But since we speak of this game how about the API pitcher who had strike 2 called, slammed his bat and yelled and jumped at the umpire, why isn't that addressed, he should of been gone in the 3rd inning with any other umpire.
And by the way the team you haven't heard of is Motley Crew, mixture of kids from MD crush and other local kids, and that was their first tournament together.

GAC now has their own reporter to document their games! They are really big time now! Bet they have daddy’s carrying the bags for the kids like they are in the Bigs! 🤣

I was really hoping that Lake Shore and Gambrills would play this weekend to see the posts that would ensue this week. But Lake Shore's sorry butt lost to the team that Gambrills spanked 9-1 in the final. Thanks Lake Shore, now my week will be boring. Can you guys schedule a scrimmage already!? Hehe
