Well "coach" seems that you are another person on the board that is afraid to say what they have to say and put their name to it.
If we at Gambrills have done something wrong or you have an issue i would be more than willing to talk.
Seems like there's a lot of keyboard hero's on here that are afraid to log in and let people see who they are and say something with out a fake screen name.
Grow up or grow a set and speak your mind like an adult.

Well Steve, I read what the admin posted and thought why not hear from Gambrills head coach in a video or interview since other coaches may want to learn how to be an elite organization such as Gambrills or GAC as your buddy replied

Again Coach, or whom ever you are behind a fake name,
To begin i'm not the head coach, But since you like to be such a immature fool, why don't you come out next Thursday and watch how well we run a practice. Any parent who's player that has came out to one of our open workouts are blown away at how well balanced, paced and the overall development that our players get.
And no we at Gambrills can't take all the credit, that's why when we knew we needed help we reached out to a professional and lean on him for advice. We are humble enough to get help ourselves as coaches and not think that we are just the best.
So please reach out, let me know when you would like to come out to one of our practices and we will set it up.
i just have a feeling you are a rival coach and upset you caught wind that one of your players wants to come to Gambrills next year and won't be returning to your team. And hey loosing players sucks, any coach has had it happen, just don't be butt hurt and look yourself in the mirror and say what can i do different or better. When you have more than 6 kids leave your program in 2 seasons you are probably the problem not the kids or their parents.

Also clearly Gambrills is developing players the right way. Look at our current 13u team rising 14u. How many programs in Maryland have won a Perfect Game event lately? I can't recall many. So if we at Gambrills can do anything for you "Coach" please feel free to reach out and ask. Youtube videos only allow you to fake it to make it so long.

From reading the board I would buttume you would definitely want to contact the 12U rising 13U Gambrills Coach I’m not a coach there I’m the player development Trainer for GAC but I’m willing to help you anytime you need me. I will love to go and talk to you, your players and coaches. I like to help everyone and my name speak for itself. I Only open right now on fridays or sundays. I can help you or your team to become better. Or you can come to one of our practices and we can allow you to record the video yourself for this page . I’ll be more than happy to help you guys always. Take care and hope to meet you soon. I’m here to help. Maryland baseball program at all levels needs to be better and there’s not a coaches development program on any age. I think is a need for all young organizations right now. I’m not batching any coach or organization at Spalding we get players from everywhere and the need for them to have a more solid base is something that all HS coaches have agree on. That is why I’m giving my attention to 12u Gambrills team. I am trying to open some eyes in how things have to be done correctly. But there always persons like you that make it difficult. We have to unite and help us all. Like one big family. My concern is the player development for all baseball players in Maryland. Let me know how I can help or I’m willing to travel To you for a meeting. I will love to talk and to get your input in how we can work together instead of having you batching my name or GAC name. Thanks

Thank you Coach Drew Lowman for coming speak to our 12U team tonight about St John’s College High School and the baseball program!
From Coach Lowman to GAC:
"Always great to come back to the fields I grew up playing on in Anne Arundel County! Ton of talent in this area and this Gambrills team particularly. Very impressed with the practice organization and efficiency these kids work, fast paced and fundamentally sound! You have a great one in Coach Juan! @ Gambrills Athletic Club Inc."
Thank you for your time, the kids and coaches enjoyed your visit very much! #gacbaseball #gambrillsathleticclub
When a Coach from a recognize program talk about a program like this then you know you’re doing things right. 😂👍😅🤣🤣🤣
