Good afternoon. RBA is looking for a 13u pitcher (any other positions and bat is a bonus). We have a heavy schedule in May/June/July, including multiple events in NC, SC, GA, DE in addition to local regional play. Unfortunately, one of our top players had an injury outside of baseball and will be out for the remainder of the summer season and PT/rehab late summer and fall. Fortunately he will be OK and has a bright future still ahead of him - big picture. We are looking to fill that spot only and would welcome interested players to a workout. You may reach me at 443-952-1465 (text) if interested in a workout. Please do not reply or SPAM on this thread. This is a genuine post and sadly it's about a young man who is losing 75% of his spring/summer season. Thank you.

Looking for an ace or relief? My son is interested, can play everything except catcher and first base. He pitches low 70s. He’s got a bat too.

Feel free to give me a call or text at the number on the post. I think everyone in the state would like to find an Ace, but we are coaching 13 y/o boys they all have their moments. Really just looking for a contributor who is a quality teammate, quality ball player, hard worker and looking to contribute to the team - with quality family support of team and player. If they are an Ace or lights out at any facet of the game that certainly welcome as I am sure it would be by any coach who is a man down for arms, etc. Thanks.

Wouldn’t most players be on a team already? Wouldn’t this movement from one team to another create a snowball effect?
I get it if things are toxic on the team that the player would be leaving.

Are those questions or statements? Let me clarify for sake of the pot being stirred. If a player is on a current team with a commitment to said team, clear it with your coach first and finish your commitment with your team unless you've decided to mutually part ways. And for the others who have already contacted me and as a courtesy offered to play one or two of these events, having already cleared it with your current coach given off weekends, thank you for doing that. There are some decent people in the world still a who actually didn't need this spelled out for them. Go figure.

Are you holding a private tryout? My son will definitely be interested but he would have to go over it with his coach first.
