It’s not hard to figure out that there is one person here stiring the pot and bashing me. This person changes there screen name on every other post they make. They did it to me in this post naming themselves randy.bosley. Gambrill13U. They have done it to OldTimer and just did it to BatterUp In This same post. I know who it is and this impersonation will be dealt with threw the right channels. It will be reported to ProBoards under there impersonation policy and if it doesn’t stop then they suggest reporting it to the police as cyber bullying. It will be dealt with appropriately. If its who I think it is, he'll be lucky if his kid will last with Rawlings. Rumors were he almost got kicked out this year.

...and I bet they lose those 3 players to some other team. Oldtimer, Just because those 3-4 players are good it doesn’t mean other organizations don’t expect them to attend tryout dates. Good coaches promote their players to seek out other tryouts for the experience and not limit them to their own in-house tryouts. How would parents of other kids feel if they see a player show up on a team roster that never had to go through the tryout process? It is very apparent Gambrills copied Rawlings’ tryout dates as the dates and times are similar and Gambrills announced several weeks after Rawlings announced their tryouts. While we are on the topic why would those 3 players choose to stay with Gambrills when they run such an unorganized outfit? Not only do they sabatoge tryouts for other local teams, but they lack competition. They simply don’t play any of the best teams while Rawlings does. But if the kids are good other teams know that and will have a separate tryout just for them or not require them to come to a tryout. If I'm a coach trying to lure a kid from another team i already know they are going to make my team so I would cater to that kid's and parent's ego and say no need to come to our try out. So matching the dates of another organization to keep my kids is too little too late. Tryouts are a formality for current players anyway or as you said used to promote the team to new kids/parents looking at the team. You want to keep your players, do a better job as a coach. or blackmail their parents....either way

This fool is just ignorant and full of Bs. Which is why he hides behind multiple usernames.
