Where that big mouth baby mamma Steve 100% went to his players house he definitely was drunk he most definitely kicked the door in he most most definitely waved a knife around. They ares going to press chargers. Steve always cheats on his wife everyone knows that even his wife who doesn’t care because she only is in it for the money. His son only has a spot because of his dad. Daddy ball all the way he would never be played like he is for DE on any other team Never sits always bats where he shouldn’t and got pushed from playing on the infield hates his father between his drunk father and his pill popping mother I say they have allot going for them just all in secret but it’s out now. Get off your high horse, you are also stopping to the level of the other cowards. Until there is FACTUAL proof, enough with this crap. This is 12U baseball. Stop getting your feelings involved. Also, who cares about someone’s marital status? Since when does it matter if you are married or not? That means absolutely nothing.I didn’t marry my wife until after our children. This just goes to show me that you are probably very old school- don’t show your age. I see a bunch of DE haters/ cowards trying to do whatever they can to give them a bad name. If not being married is the worst thing you can come up with, I would say they are going to be ok. The proof is in the 911 call. Never understood the term hater but everyone should hate drunk driving and property damage in the presence of children especially. You must be a family member or maybe a parent of the kid that’s next on the chopping block , now that the so called “irrelevant “ players have left and is looking to earn brownie points. I think you and the head coaches wife shouldn’t be on here looking to salvage the reputation of DE, but instead try to figure out how to keep your head coach out of jail. If jail time is all he gets , he should consider himself lucky. If he would be busted down my door , waiving a knife , he wouldn’t be driving back to Anne Arundel county. He would be laying in chalk outline in my living room in pg county. Regardless of what, DE is doomed. Nobody in their right mind would want to play for that team and it won’t be long for the existing parents on the team to disengage from that circus S H I T show. |

Has been convinced otherwise now. Kids were traumatized. Kendall probably shouldn't have sent that text apologizing after. |

Hope this was a wake up call for Steve. Steve is actually a decent guy but seems to allow his judgment to be clouded by others. Losing 4 plus players including one of your stars in a season is major. More will follow. Get your baby mama and your low clbutt parents off these message boards and get back to the basics of baseball. Be a leader. They lost 1 player basically. The others were irrelevant. And what’s with all the c l a s s jabs? Give it up already. |

I’m not here to discuss anything but Rick Sutch’s name. I’ve known Rick since we were 5 yrs old. We’ve been teammates, Friends, at times he has been my sons coach. You can say he’s intense, you can say he’s extra confident. But, saying he has dirty money( theft ) is Absurd and infuriating. His integrity as a man is impeccable and I can butture you money is the last thing on earth he has to worry about.
All of our kids can read this s*** also, some crazy things are being said about kids. Imagine them reading about not being good enough or having their parents but their way on to a team. The damage to their young brains and confidence that would do. Smh !!

I have sat back and received screenshots from people about this ridiculous situation and decided to take a day or two to digest the absolute immaturity of some of the people on this board. Otherwise I would of said a lot of things I probably would have regretted unlike some on this board. First I want to say I appreciated the opportunity for my son to play with Diamond Elite this Fall and he had a great experience and made a lot of friends along the way and so did I for that matter. I have nothing but the upmost respect for those kids and the way they welcomed him on the team and most of the parents as well. It made it very easy for him to fit in and for that I was grateful. It is not always an easy situation for a kid to come to a new team because of the many undue expectations that are usually put on them, but that was never the case here. Their devotion to the game and competitiveness on the field made it truly fun to watch every weekend. We played a lot of competitive teams and Caleb competed right along with everyone on that field. So Lets get something straight. Those who truly know me and know him will quickly defend the fact that he works harder than 99.9% of the kids in this game hands down. Only person I know off hand that works just as hard is Brandon Toadvine. He is at catching clinics, pitching lessons, hitting lessons, hits off the tee in the garage and agility all year long. Brandon does the same except for catching. It is not because I make him or tell him he has to, it is because he wants to. He doesn't think he is the best player out there nor do I, but I can tell you one thing he can play on any team in this state and I have seen them all. No team is solid 1-12 that he couldn't take someone's place. So to make a stupid comment like I tried to buy his way on teams and their were no takers is the sign of someone's kid who was about to lose their position. In fact before all this garbage was starting to surface he was going to be offered a spot on DE and I turned it down and I have the texts to prove but irrelevant at this point. I will not sit back and let you talk about my son in this matter for one, two whoever posted this for your sake I really hope I don't find out.
Second of all, you really made a huge mistake in making accusations about me stealing. Those of you who know me also know that I work in the Financial Services industry and an accusation like this, although on a beer drinking softball league of a board carries very little weight, but can affect someone's career. Therefore, I will be turning information over to my IT department tomorrow and if I can pin down who this was I can butture you charges will be filed. I have done a great deal for the kids who play for me and have played for me and if for one minute you think otherwise then you are not in my circle. People are sickened by the comments this low life scum has made and all it has done has solidified and justified the reasons people have left your team. If you also knew me you would know I have been talking with the brbutt at Bigbie's and they are well aware of what I have been trying to accomplish. For the record the majority of the money there is my money that I put in so if that were the case I would be stealing from myself you idiot. I don't know where you are getting your information from but if you had any balls you could of just picked up the phone and asked. Money that I have with Bigbie's all goes to players expenses throughout the season just ask them. Everything I spend is documented and handed over with a receipt so for that kiss my a**. So in your post you said correct me if I am wrong. So yea a**hole you are wrong.
As for Steve, I am not going to comment on any of the accusations that have surfaced regarding him and Papi. If the things said are true then that will take care of itself through the legal system but if this is where 12u baseball has gone or any age for that matter you can have it. Coaching is hard enough having to deal with parents who think there kid should play this position, and bat here and pitch this game. Not to mention make up excuses for every mistake their kid makes, yet point fingers at all the other kids to defer the blame. Trust me. I had a team of these very parents who are cancerous for any team and are as ungrateful as the day is long. There are always going to be people who think the grbutt is greener on the other side but they quickly find out it is not. You also have to deal with the parents whose knowledge of the game goes as far as the tee ball field they coached on when their son was 4 yet now are MLB couch Commissioners. Trust me there are a lot of those. So what I am getting at is if coaching travel baseball was just about coaching it would be easy. But it is not anymore and I have respect for Steve for taking on this role because I know where he is coming from. However, what has transpired from these alleged actions have gone far beyond any scope of coaching. My suggestion for all the parents who actually read this tabloid of a forum to take a good look in the mirror, because if you are teaching your kids what you are posting on this board then boards like this will always exist. Your kids will be the ones mouthing off anonymously in 10 years or more. So congratulations on that.
Keep in mind this game gets faster and hard enough as these kids get older they don't need your drama on top of it. These are really good kids but the reality is they better figure out what they are going to do after high-school or college because very few of them will be playing past that stage of their life. Trust me that is a fact. So sit back, pull up your lawn chair and stfu and let the coaches coach, the players play and the umps ump. If you want to teach your kids something wait until you get home and teach them about life and why posting bull like on this board was not a good decision for anyone. Again, my son enjoyed playing with all of you and look forward to the next season. To whoever posted that I was stealing and made comments about Caleb if you have the guts I am easy to find or just ask someone to give you my number but we all know that is not gonna happen. Just go on being the keyboard cowboy you are. I am not sure who runs this board but I have heard Wayne Lewis. If that is true I am really baffled by the fact you have allowed this to go on so long. You must enjoy the drama because this does nothing for travel baseball in MD or any other state. If you are not then whoever is should consider what I said. To the keyboard cowboy, just remember our paths may cross one day and you may have to back up that big mouth of yours so hope you think about that before you post again.
