Go to a business organization that pays for a coach and has private trainers.

Do away with one or two guys on a team that was started for the kids in the community.

That ship sailed long ago. What dad wants their kid to play 15 games a year on a local team with his school friends at the field 10 minutes away, when for $2500 a year he can carpool his kid across two counties 6 days a week and play 45 games a year for a team with paid coaches that will surely get him a scholarship, because they've produced so many prospects?
