First time writing on here. No need to spread misinformation for your own kicks. Both scrimmages were structured to help the development of all the players (and coaches) on both teams and was agreed to by the head coaches. If you were there or care to learn, all innings, except the first inning, began with a runner or runners on base so the offense and defense could work on those situations. It's been a useful tool in the past. Both scrimmages, versus Severna Park two weeks ago and API (Tuesday), were deleted after they were played because the information for those games had no relevance to me. I have my notes and the eye test of what happened. The only reason it was scored was so family members that couldn't make the scrimmage would be able to follow their 11-12 year old son and know what was going on, like members of my family. "Erasing" had nothing to do with "winning" or "losing" a scrimmage, and your statement is incorrect based on the GC score of both games. If you really need to know what happened in these youth baseball scrimmages, a fair buttessment would be to say that DE did a better job than SP in that scrimmage and API did a better job than DE in that scrimmage. And I think the coaches of all three teams would say their team has stuff to work on.
No need for the "Former DE parents" or whomever you are, to come on here to make senseless statements like you're doing. You have my phone number, so send me a text or give me a call if you want to talk about anything. If erasing was done in the past by this team or any other team, it is what it is, but I'll make sure to keep all the results (wins, losses, ties, rain outs) updated on GC so you can follow along.
Please, calm down with the hate and useless statements just to get people to jump on board. If you have problems with parents on DE or if parents on DE have problems with other parents, please work it out yourselves and don't bring it to this board. It doesn't help anything or anyone. I've had good communication with some of the head coaches in the area over the past few months since becoming the head coach and all we want is to do our best to teach the game to these kids, have them compete, and play some baseball. Enough with all the hate being thrown back and forth from all sides, whomever you are or whatever team you're on or were on in the past. Let it go, please.

It’s youth baseball. Who gives a crap. Keep teaching like you do coach. 95% of the idiots on this board are that. Idiots.

Way to be a professional about the whole situation Scott. You teach the game the right way, and your team should be excited to have you picking up from what Steve spent many years building.

The team just has kids that think it's ok to act and be a certain way. It stems down to their parents allowing it to happen. Nothing Scott can do to fix it, if he doesn't get support from the home. The trash talking, wild antics and the "crazy DE" culture will forever be there for that team. Good luck Scott. I root for you.

Maybe now Diamond elite will just stay in b level tournaments, where is all the posting now on social media. I wouldn’t say that……they faced a very under rated HCYP White team in a good game, and the river dogs are a top tier team from VA. Maybe they had a rough weekend as some other top teams, and played better competition then most this weekend.

There’s some new dinger chains that were made for the same 2 necks

Not to many i saw were hitting homers depending on how the wind was blowing. I know for our tournament it was blowing South East on all of our games. Looked like GAC had it blowing out. I know they hit about 15 on the weekend. The cold and wind didnt help this weekend. Im sure DE will be back to smashing this weekend. They hit like 15 the week prior
