I think the official ones were supposed to be updated every Friday. I update mine on a spreadsheet every week or two weeks, but the lack of playing due to weather has things messed up. This Spring has been terrible for baseball.

Yeah we have been very lucky with our tourney schedule we have won at maple zone, future stars Hershey, and champs at mason Dixon tourney, also have finalists at diamond nation and Severn spring break. Also another note evoshield canes maxwell are really not deserving of 3 rd in the state after looking at the competion Delmarva aces have played it should be 1.south river Seahawks 2.white marsh warriors 3.delmarva aces east 4.mid Atlantic shockers Johnson 5.mid- Maryland United 6.mid Atlantic Red Sox 7.umac attack 8.gambrills 9.williamsport 10.calvert tide There a couple issues with these: 1. EvoShield Canes- Maxwell is a tough team and they were formally Olney Pirates. They have always been ranked in the top 5. Not sure why you don't think they deserve a top 3 ranking now. 2. Mid-Atlantic Shockers are not the same team they were at 11u and 12u. They have lost some of their best talent to other teams. 3. While I am bias toward Gambrills they do have a recent loss to Calvert Tide on elimination day. That gives Calvert the go ahead in rankings. Given 1) Head to head wins 2) Common Opponent wins 3) Accomplishments, here is what I have for rankings (looks like last weeks version) 1. South River-Green (19-0) Exhibitions vs 14u teams shouldn't count towards 13u record. 2. White Marsh (28-7) 3. EvoShield Canes- Maxwell (21-9) 4. Delmarva Aces East (20-3) 5. Mid-Maryland United (14-7) 6. Mid-Atlantic Redsox (20-7) 7. Calvert Tide (10-6) 8. BCC Big Train (9-8) 9. Gambrills Aces (17-5) 10. BCCC Warriors (14-5)

How often does someone update these rankings. It hsould be like college basketball and happen every Monday That would be nice if it were weekly but even every others would work. The high school ranks and playoff info is very out of date. This site is going down the same road as the old “maryland baseball rankings” site. The forum was active but the rest of the site went quiet. . No rankings or articles, then one day the site went dead. Who runs this site/does the official rankings?

After watching the evoshield canes at diamond nation. They played and went 2-1 and played three very easy teams losing to one of those teams yes I accidentally left them out I have them ranked 4th on my list.
And one other team that has been left out of the rankings is team swing xp I’m sure most people know it is many kids from white marsh and other teams but they are from Maryland and only play in the fall but should still be deserving of a spot in the rankings they had many tourney accomplishments champions of Gilman showcase, matb salute to our heroes, and runner up at msi, Calvert Hall showcase, Ripken.

Team Swing XP is White Marsh and a few other teams combined. Are there any other teams on this ranking that fit that characteristic?

I have yet to see either team play I’m pretty sure neither team is even 14u because go wags are no longer a team.
I would love to hear more teams and input on these rankings, pretty good 4 Maryland teams are in it

Sorry, I traveled back in time for a moment there. Both teams are 14u. GoWags does still have travel teams in some age groups. The training center only changed names/ownership.

Who did he mid atlantic rankings??? Those 4 squads teally represent Md baseball very well. Although delmarva aces should be A bit higher. They mat actually be marylands best 13u team. Would love to see a 3 game aet between the top couple teams since you cant really judge based on 1 game.

How high do u think delmarva should be? Because they shouldn’t be above the other two md teams. They also have a loss to white marsh m
