My bad, thought you played in 54/80 Cap Clbuttic -8 and some rinky deenk pg tourney in tennessee 54/80. I stand corrected. How many usssa tournies you in this Fall? Those are legit.

Cap city was 54/80, the PG event in Tennessee was 60/90 and not one kid on our team swung a drop 8, all swung drop 5 and several drop 3 bbcor.
If you think 54/80 is easier I would disagree. Seeing Beaver Valley who had 4 kids at 80 or above from 54 feet is no joke.

As Gambrills We are playing 1 Ripken 1 PG which is wood bat, and finish with a USSSA ( which shouldn’t allow 14U to swing drop 5 that’s a safety issue) 5 star is playing PG in Atlanta and PG WWBA in West Palm Beach. |

Where can you buy a rolled BBCOR bat? What’s a Rolled BBCOR do besides break it in faster? Isn’t the only way to make a BBCOR more hot is to shave it? Seems like there’s plenty of places on line or you can ask the Pasadena team. Since they were coached by the high school coach does he allow the high school players to cheat like his summer team did? |

Depends on the type of bbcor bat. Bbcor bats have limiter rings inside the barrel and some are even attached to the end cap making the process difficult. Composite bbcor can be shaved after the rings are taken out. Ring removal is almost always the process with bbcor.
Any bat can be rolled, which drastically improves the break-in period with composite bats. Alloy bats are hot out the wrapper. They can be shaved but the alloy barrel will warp.
How can you tell a bat has been altered? Typically we see the graphics peeling off the bat, which the blue meta is notoriously known for. If you see a blue
Meta with the graphics around the barrel missing, that means the bat has been altered. Additionally, you can feel the barrel for unevenness. Over time, barrels that have been shaved will cave.
