Most definitely sounds like tension or jealousy. I followed the Hastings team last year on GC, yes they play local but they had a strong performance in Tennessee. I wouldn’t count them out. Far better than most teams on the Shore.

That team should never be mentioned in any discussion of a top team in Maryland they play no top tournaments in the state at all they avoid everything they are terrible. You will never see them in a tournament with competitive teams. Maybe it’s about development and having fun and not being the best in the state? This concept seems lost |

This concept seems lost Back in my day, Baltimore Metro Baseball was all about winning and being the best we could be. Only the best players played, and only the best 9 on each team batted. The other two or three kids sat the bench and watched us play until they finally decided to leave and go play rec again. Teams that are about development and having fun should just play rec. |
