Who cares, half these teams won’t be the same teams come next 2 weeks. Wait and see where the cookie crumbles and who picks up who.... then rankings can be done.

It’s basically gambrills, shocker A, Olney and RBA, and then everyone else in a bunch. And motley crew does not fall under “was Maryland crush”, it’s only half of Maryland crush that decided to leave unexpectedly

The leaving of crush definitely wasn’t suddenly. That had been in the works for months. They were registered for SATB under motley crew before the first game of the season started.

Hickory Black soon to be US Elite MD 13u belongs on the list above. They were also down some pitching last season at 11u and lost some very close games against top teams above and are capable of beating 1 thru 11 without question. Not saying where they stand (nor saying where any team stands it's baseball any given day there is no dominant definite win in this age group). Just that while the list above looks like most of the strong teams Hick Black is without a doubt on this list. Well coached and strong players plus up the boys who were injured are healthy again.

Doesn’t sound like MD Crush became the Motley Crew.

6 players left MD Crush and started Motley Crew and they grabbed 6-7 kids from other local all star teams. One of the best players they have is from The all star team pic up.

Like I said, half the kids from crush left unexpectedly, and if it was months in the making, I guess they forgot to communicate this info to the coach and the rest of the crush team

Because it takes more than one tournament 1 and beating “ Olney “ to be #1. Step between the with Gambrills and Olney one weekend and see that they are not #1. “ Olney “ is not GOD, it was proven this weekend. But LS isn’t close to being #1. Take that S*** elsewhere.

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
The team is 8-8-2 on gamechanger. Oh but let’s not forget their 2 losses To API that we’re magically erased. Hiding losses is sad especially with the wide use of the internet, and most players have gamechanger and follow other local teams.
Lakeshore beat Olney, congratulations and congratulations on the championship. Olney coach asked umpire today about a cracked bat being used by Lakeshore, and Lakeshore coach got mad. Other teams were watching.
Every team at 12u has a bad day. Olney looking at Gamechanger is 6-3. So they have played a lot less games, and their full team isn’t there because of parents and Covid.
Bottom line Olney has been the best for a Long time. A bad weekend doesn’t take them out the top and good weekend doesn’t put a 500 team actually under 500 in the talking of top 10.
Where’s Gambrills they have been mighty quiet?

The second kid that came in threw harder then any kid I have seen all season. LS just won the game. Timely hitting and good pitching. .... and as far as the cracked bat issue 😂😂😂 it wasn’t the LS coach that was being the crybaby ( for once )

Gambrills in here stirring up shyt. But, hey, glad they finally played in a stronger tournament this year.
Question about them. Are they better at developing players or vulturing them? I'm hearing some crazy stories about Juan approaching players right after games end. That's insane if true. But, hey, their practice video was shiny.

Hi my name is Rod. Here’s my take:
1. Olney 2. Gambrills 3. RBA 4. Hickory Black 5. Shockers Gaylor 6. Garrett Timber Rattlers 7. MA Red Sox 8. Delmarva EAST 9. Calvert Tide 10. Edgemere Elite / Motley Crew
Hickory’s core will soon be US Elite and will be picking up several high caliber players. Look for US Elite to be a powerhouse at 13u. Gambrills coupling with Juan Palacios will certainly propel them to another level. I also heard they will be picking up some stronger players. They will be stacked in pitching. Olney will continue to be Olney. We saw this weekend that anyone is beatable, but let’s face it, Lake Shore doesn’t beat an Olney team firing on all cylinders. Looks like a lot of walks per GC. They will bounce right back. Shockers have some really talented ball players and no they are not a different team outside of SATB. Their catcher and middle infield always impresses me. Tide fell off a little since the start of 12u but I don’t see that lasting for very long. If they can retain their talent for 13u, they will be strong.
Missing from this top 10 list: Elkridge: this team has talent but for whatever reason cannot put it together. They have lost to some questionable teams and been beat up by several teams on the list above. Lake Shore: lost talent and seem to be struggling offensively. Never a good sign heading into the 13u season. Any team not raking right now on the 70’ diamond will drop off dramatically next year. API- rumor has it that they lost the only hard thrower they have to another team for next season. They have a few ok arms, but only the lefty will survive the jump next year IMO. This team can be sneaky and hang with some good teams, but it seems like they have throw their #1 100 pitches to hang with the big dogs and the teams they face always underestimate them and throw bottom tier pitchers.
